Lovely icons. I love #20. It's an awesome cropping and the text is perfect.

I really like the sharpness of your icons in genereal :)

Will credit, if I use icons from you :)

Thank you so much!

I'm not sure I can really take credit for the sharpness, though...that's thanks to Google image searches, promotional shots, and krissiecaps screencaps.

Although, I do try to sharpen them up a bit using Photoshop...

Enjoy! :-)

It's not so much about the quality of the pictures itself. I meant more your coloring. Lots of people making the colors very soft,so that even if the picture itself was very sharp, the edges looking a bit blurred, sofer and to me the picture looks unsharp.
I'm sorry for not making myself clear :)

No worries...I appreciate the compliment. One of the reasons I started to make icons is because I'm very particular...I like things the way I like them. Period. There are lots of cool icons out there, but some are just too...busy. Complex. With lots of fancy decorations. I prefer my icons simple (in general). I also prefer them bright and crisp...so that's what I tend to make.

Thanks again! :-)

I don't want to harp on about the sharpness, but I really do love how clear everything is here. :)

You say you like specifics? Well, here I go:

From your "random" selection, I love the focus you put on Alice's hands. We don't notice much, but she fiddles with her fingers, pinching them together and picking at her nails and twirling them around. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only person who noticed. :)

Now, for the icontest entries...

#3: I simply adore Hatter's expression here and props to you for dramatizing it with black and white. The pinched "o" of his lips makes me giggle.

#7&8: I love, love, love the vibrant colors of the emotions in this movie. Some of my favorite scenes are the initial look at the tea house and the laboratory, with all the glasses and vials and tubes. I'm glad to see that someone else takes the time to look at the scenery. ;)

#9: I adored the Duchess from start to finish. She was soft and sultry and deliciously evil, but at the same time not. She only wanted a little love. Her possessiveness killed me (in a good way) and I love that you captured this gesture.

#10: Just... adorable. He really is a hero... and I found it rather endearing that he wasn't trying to look up her skirt.

#19: I positively love this image, of their legs as they stand close together. Obviously taken from the scene of the almost kiss, it's a very powerful image and a different view of the scene. xD Perhaps it's what Charlie was seeing?

#20: Oh, Charlie. I can imagine that this /is/ how he felt. If only he could have kept it, I'm sure he would have been thrilled to take it apart and have a look at how it worked. Your commentary on the scene is brilliant. ;)
